Shipping

Shipping times may vary based on your destination and
whether your order is an in-stock item or a made-to-order piece. In-Stock
jewelry ships the same business day or the next business day at the latest.
Made-to-order jewelry is expertly crafted once your order is placed. It takes 14
business days for your jewelry to be created and processed prior to shipping. Express
Shipping - arrives between 2-5 business days, includes tracking number.  Unfortunately
delays often occur which are beyond our control, especially during the holiday
season. Please note once the item reaches its destination country, all duties
and taxes as required by the destination country are to be paid by the
recipient.

Moissanite

Moissanite is a naturally occurring mineral, silicon
carbide, that is found in limited quantities in the earth. While moissanite
exists in nature, it is so incredibly rare that it must be created in a lab to
produce pieces large enough to cut into gemstones. When cut and faceted,
moissanite is, the world’s most brilliant gem.

Lab-grown Diamond

Lab-grown diamonds (which have also been referred to as lab-created
diamonds, diamonds, are man-made diamonds that mirror natural diamonds.
lab-grown diamonds display the same chemical and optical characteristics of a
natural diamond crystal produced by the geological processes of Mother Nature.
Synthetic diamond prices are generally lower than natural diamonds. Lab-created
diamonds grow the same way, only through a man-made process that takes several
weeks, not millions of years.

Please note that as most of Elope jewelry pieces are made to
order, and as such, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges; all made
to order items are final sale. Please consult our customer agent thoroughly in
terms of your style, stone, metal color and sizes before place an order.

Exception: We do offer return or exchange on all our
in-stock pieces, no question asked! At Elope Jewelry, we have 10 days return
and exchange policy on entire in-stock pieces from our E-shop. However, 15%
restocking fee will applied on each of these transactions. The buyer is also
responsible to return the piece to us meaning covers shipping cost as well as
duties and taxes if applicable. For refunds, all the parts that you received
must be returned to us such as the packaging.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your moissanite
or lab-grown diamond you are entitled to return or exchange your stone, no
questions asked! At Elope Jewelry, we have 10 days return and exchange policy
for our customers.
